Cut-panel inspection: each unsewn body, sleeve or other garment panel is checked individually.

  1. 01

    Knitting

Circular and flat knitting form the starting point of our wool garment production.

  2. 02

    Fabric finishing

Knitted fabric is processed in a finishing vessel before the pre-cutting stages.

  3. 03

    Fabric steaming & inspection

Fabric undergoes steaming and inspection before cutting.

  4. 04

    Powered fabric cutting

Fabric is cut into garment panels on an electric cutting table.

  5. 05

    Cut-panel inspection

Each separate cut panel is checked while it is still completely unsewn, before sewing and assembly.

  6. 06

    Sewing

Garments are assembled with sewing equipment and garment hanging systems.

  7. 07

    Garment finishing

After sewing, garments go through garment finishing.
